What is Bikvey Market Place?
Bikvey is a standalone software that allows you to create an online store. In Bikvey, independent vendors can sell their products through a single storefront.
- As a store owner, you can sell products Independently but only which is eligible.
- Customers can buy products from different vendors.
- Each vendor automatically gets his payment when it is available in the Release Balance.
What is the Pending & Release Balance?
Pending balance which is Under Process, & Release balance available for Cashout.
Pending/Hold Balance: BIkvey Customer Protection Policy needs to be followed by every vendor who is selling products on Bikvey. BIkvey provides 14 days of customer protection. Customers can return the Product within 14 days under different circumstances. Please Visit BIkvey Customer Protection Policy
Release Balance :
Release Balance is your earnings for cashout, after deducting an admin small commission, After 14 days payment will be automatically available in the Release Balance wallet.
Banned Products:
Sellers on Bikvey.pk are strictly prohibited from uploading restricted or prohibited products by local Government. Any such listings will be promptly rejected by the Quality Control team. Please visit prohibited products in the Bikvey Section.
Refund :
The customer can initiate your request for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Bikvey doesn't accept a change of Mind. The customer should have a valid reason to refund the product. Please Visit the Refund section for more details.
